About Me
Coaching and relationships have always been on my mind
When I look back at my career in Project Management and rich life experiences, I see that I have always been
mentoring or coaching people in some capacity.
I am a harmonizer at heart, and passionate about helping others to work through their challenges and explore options to resolve conflicts.
I worked for 20+ years at the Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, within the faculties of
Business, Health Sciences, and Law.
Over the years I built meaningful relationships with many people from diverse backgrounds.
As Head of Training, I worked closely with a team of colleagues, students, leaders, academics, international funders, curriculum designers, course developers, and consultants.
I have led and mentored teams of junior colleagues and it was incredibly rewarding to witness their professional
development and personal growth.
That’s what made me decide to study to become an accredited Life Coach and shortly thereafter to qualify as a
certified Enneagram Coach.
In my experience coaching is SO beneficial to fast-track your understanding of yourself and others.
Healthy relationships are important as:
- When we understand ourselves better, only then can we begin to understand others in more meaningful ways.
- Relationships offer us security, companionship, intimacy, and joy….crucial to our well-being.
- We all depend on our ability to connect with and relate well with others to succeed.
